Questions
How is routine care different from travel care?
Travel care covers your pet while you're away and ends when you're back. Routine care is ongoing — standing visits for pet parents who are home but busy. Both happen in your pet's own home.
Will we have the same caretaker every visit?
We do our best to keep the same caretaker every visit. If they're ever out sick, our on-call PRN specialists step in, with everything communicated across our team.
Which plan is right for my pet?
Upkeep keeps things fresh between cleans; Deep Clean is the full reset; Nail Trims keep feet healthy. You can also mix plans, like weekly Upkeep plus an every-other-week Deep Clean — we'll recommend one at your meet-and-greet.
Is this a cage cleaning service for guinea pigs and rabbits?
Yes — and more. Our caretakers clean the enclosure and look your pet over while they work, so small changes get noticed early. Guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, birds, and reptiles are all welcome.
